Established in 1858 as a hotel only, the historical Scarlet D has seen a lot of changes. Through the years, it has evolved from just a hotel to a dining establishment and tavern as well.
We are proud of the transition we've made since then and the restoration it has undergone. Our establishment once again graces the main street of downtown Mifflinburg, PA. The name may have changed throughout history, but the integrity of services offered has not. We invite you to visit, stay or dine with us anytime.
